Small patch

I've hopefully resolved the issues the patches from yesterday were having. This patch should fix:

I got some report that today's patches broke build mode for some people. I reverted the patches until I have a better understanding of the issue.

This patch should fix an issue where build mode will crash when hovering over parts. Let me know if it still occurs.

Fixed a bug where terrain would be completely pink after loading a sandbox save.

Thanks to all the detailed bug reports, I was able to fix the bug where you can get stuck in build mode. In case the issue still occurs, let me know!
