  • [p]The Connection Black Flag rule may now be enabled in Hosted Sessions![/p]
    • [p]When enabled, the Connection Black Flag rule functions exactly as it does for Official Sessions in the Hosted Session. Drivers with intermittent and unstable connections to the race server may receive a black flag, and be sent to pits until their connection improves.[/p]

  • [p]Fixed an issue with popping visual artifacts where some 3D curbs were being rendered with a lower level-of-detail resolution than they should have been based on camera distance. This was especially noticeable at The Bend.[/p]

[/p][p]The iRacing 2025 Season 3 Release Build has passed tech inspection and is ready to roll! This release has new content, features, improvements, and fixes for 2025 Season 3, which officially starts on June 17th at 0000 UTC! The iRacing vehicle garage expands with three new bays for three brand new cars: Ferrari 296 Challenge, and a pair of NASCAR Gen 4 cars straight from 2003, the Chevrolet Monte Carlo and the Ford Taurus! The entire GT3 Class Cars has received a multifaceted performance, tires, and physics overhaul, as well as dramatic performance updates for the NASCAR Cup Series Gen 7 Class Cars, and the Dallara IR18. The iRacing overworld map adds one additional massive track, Shell V-Power Motorsport Park at The Bend, near Adelaide, Australia. The Track Art Team has also completed multiple full art overhauls of TWELVE NASCAR circuit tracks including: EchoPark Speedway (Atlanta), Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Iowa Speedway, Lime Rock Park, Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park, Martinsville Speedway, Michigan International Speedway, Nashville Superspeedway, Phoenix Raceway, Pocono Raceway, Richmond Raceway, and Talladega Superspeedway.[/p][p][/p][p]iRacing is proud to add direct paint kit support for vehicles with multiple body types, including the Dallara IR18 and the new NASCAR Gen 4 stockcars. Adaptive AI has been expanded and is now available for use in Hosted Racing Sessions, as well as AI Seasons. 9 completely new AI Seasons have also been added including IMSA, NASCAR, Production Car Challenge, and more! This update also fully sunsets Clubs and introduces the Flags feature - select and wear your colors proudly! Anti-Cheat
- The “InstallEOSAntiCheat.bat” batch file will now always install/repair the Anti-Cheat system for iRacing, regardless of if it thinks it's already installed.

Race Control
- The Connection Black Flag system has been updated with slightly increased sensitivity, improved accuracy, and slightly reduced spotter messaging frequency.
- - These changes have been made after collecting and analyzing extensive data from your racing sessions!

Tire Model
- Fixed an issue where tire set limitations of all types were not being scrapped once a Session was declared Wet. This was an issue for both Race Rules restrictions and Tire Set restrictions.

Telemetry
- Removed the leading zero on Safety Ratings in the Session string.

ARCA Series Class Cars
- iRacing setups have been updated.

NASCAR Cup Series Next Gen Class Cars
- For the damage model, the rear panels have been strengthened slightly.

NASCAR Truck Series Class Trucks
- Fixed an issue where damage to the front-end was causing aero balance to incorrectly shift forward. It now correctly moves rearward.

Supercars Gen 3 Series Class Cars
- Increased the aero balance shift caused by sustaining front-end damage

BMW M2 CSR
- Upshifting has been improved to be a bit smoother.

Homestead Miami Speedway
- Fred, Flawless Wheelman, has been retrained to avoid driving straight through the extended wall at pit entry with the pace car.
- Fixed an issue where some fans were so loyal that they would remain floating in the sky, even if the grandstands were removed via object details settings.

Mount Washington Auto Road
- Fixed an issue where the “Are You Afraid of The Dark?” Award was not being granted properly.

Road America
- The barn has been updated with a silo and new banner ads.
