Update 1.10.0 — Hardcore Mode & DLC

Hardcore Mode and a new Ranking System are coming to Tower of Babel: Survivors of Chaos.
Our first DLC, the Supporter Pack, is also now available.

[/p][h3]Hardcore Mode Added[/h3]
  • [p]Hardcore Mode has been added for players who enjoy truly extreme challenges.[/p]
  • [p]If your hero dies in battle, every piece of gear they’re wearing and all hero-bound data will be wiped.[/p]
  • [p]During level-up choices in combat, you’ll have a chance to abandon the run and escape. Knowing when to rein in your greed is the key to survival.[/p][p][/p][p][/p]
  • [p]In Hardcore Mode, goblins do not steal your items when a run ends.[/p]
  • [p]When you die, you can resurrect and try again through the Savior of Souls.[/p][p][/p][p][/p]
  • [p]Items stored in the MAIN STASH and your unlocked ACHIEVEMENTS are not reset.[/p]
  • [p]Hardcore Mode save data is completely separate from Normal Mode and does not affect it.[/p]

[h3]Leaderboard Added (Beta)[/h3]
  • [p]A new Leaderboard has been added.[/p]
  • [p]Your rank is based on how far you push into the Chaos Dungeon and how many enemies you defeat.[/p]
  • [p]You can view the top 30 players, as well as your own position.[/p]
  • [p]Rankings are refreshed every Monday at 00:00 (UTC).[/p]
  • [p]Players suspected of exploiting or abusing the system may have their ranking removed or be banned at our discretion.[/p]
  • [p]The Leaderboard will run as a beta service for about 1–2 months. If ranking rules change or abuse is detected, the system and rankings may be adjusted.[/p][p][/p][p][/p]

[h3]Quality of Life[/h3]
  • [p]Additional option steps have been added for skills and Effect Transparency. These can now be freely adjusted from level 0 to 5.[/p]

  • [p]Our first DLC, the Supporter Pack, is now available.[/p]
  • [p]The Supporter Pack includes a hero-exclusive Relic of the Ancestors Set, with unique skins for each hero.[/p]
  • [p]These skins are purely cosmetic and do not affect gameplay or stats.[/p]

  • [p]As announced, the Soul Hearth system is currently in development.[/p]
