Hex-Style Map
This update changes the map layout from a simple grid of cards to hex-shaped map fragments. You now have more of a goal (to get to the right), and still retain choices along the way.

- New hand layout with slightly rotated cards
- Added start sound by KAON (recording by Muddasheep)
- Added effect when selecting map fragments
- Added effects for upgrading and sacrificing cards
- Added "Return to Title" to pause screen (thanks NowOnTest)
- Added option for gamespeed, also works in-game by pressing G/L2/LB or H/R2/RB (thanks Legendary_Pups)
- Prepared for localization by moving all lacrima names into localization spreadsheet (this breaks already achieved collection - sorry!)
- Removed "On" from all triggers, and renamed most of them for brevity
- Changed difficulty circle to reduce max despair by 25 (instead of a percentage)
- Changed difficulty circle to increase base redraw cost to 20 Gold (instead of percentage)
- Card now gets deselected when dragging a card, and letting go after moving it away from hand (thanks Legendary_Pups)
