Faith in Despair is Now Available!

[h3]Version 1.0 of Faith in Despair is here![/h3][p][/p][p]All of the art for the angels is now in the game (created by Lyfeu). The full version contains all 6 starter decks, the entire journal, features additional music for each of the chapters, and allows you to unlock 30 Steam Achievements.[/p][p][/p][p]The soundtrack is available as DLC (as part of the Soundtrack Edition), and will be on all popular music streaming services soon.[/p][p][/p][p]I'm also happy to announce that Faith in Despair is part of a bundle with the game Novus Orbis. Check it out, if you want even more roguelike deckbuilders made by tiny teams.[/p][p][/p][p]Thank you to everyone who has come along for the journey until now.[/p][p][/p][p]A content update is planned to be released in Feburary/March.[/p][p][/p][p]Make sure to join the Discord to stay up-to-date.[/p][p][/p][p][/p]

New music, new art, new blessing

[p]This is a small update, just in time for launch. There will be one more on launch day.[/p]
  • [p]Added new alternative music track for chapter 3 (with samples by Gino L. Elßner)[/p]
  • [p]Added handpan to shop music (played by Marc Dolgin)[/p]
  • [p]Added new creature art by Lyfeu[/p]
  • [p]Added new blessing with art by gwenypatu (Macabre)[/p]
  • [p]First run in the game does not immediately start a run anymore to avoid confusion[/p]
  • [p]Improved movement between card slots using controller in inventory[/p]
  • [p]The hint "F8 to submit feedback" is now only shown in pause menu (thanks Gino)[/p]
  • [p]Fixed The Avatar achievement (thanks Auri)[/p]
  • [p]Fixed atonements not being aligned correctly on Steamdeck[/p]
  • [p]Fixed upgrade preview not showing value changes on 5 full slot creatures in endless runs[/p]
  • [p]Fixed gap above Save & Quit on title screen[/p]
  • [p]Fixed not being able to open pause menu in certain areas anymore[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a division by zero error in relation to Echo[/p]
