Season 11 Patch Notes

[h2]General[/h2]
- Special Dungeons and Chaos Shrines are now indicated in the map
- Introducing our new drop system
- Increased base movement speed from 0.5 per level to 3 per level. (Reduced speed drastically on items, except boots)
- The difficulty bar now scales higher
- Heavily reduced hero level experience needed to level up
- Introducing D tier leveling items (Nightmare-Hell)
- Reduced Maryos Pipe cooldown from 10 to 6 seconds
- Most items have now bit more standard socket randomization. Helm/Gloves/Boots/Charms roll 1-4. Shields & 1h roll 1-5. 2h & Chests roll 2-6 etc. Most high rarity items Angelics/boss sets have max sockets
- Upgrade token changed to "Socket token" which can be used to reroll sockets [REMOVE THIS IF WE DIDN'T ADD IT IN TIME! :D]
- Buffed base movement speed from 1:1 to 1:3 per level (reduced speed on all boots due to this check item section).
- Act Boss dungeons now show visible indications on the map for entrance and exit
- Improved multiplayer damage sync, enemy debuffs and talents now work much better
- Increased the Damage Return in hero levels to 15% per hero level invested
- Increased proc rates on most proc abilities, but decreased their damage. This will give more consistent dps

[h2]Market[/h2]
Players can now buy and sell items through an ingame market, accessible from Town of Inoya
- Search for specific items
- Multiple filters can be applied to narrow results

[h2]Visuals[/h2]
- Legendary+ items now have a glow below them
- Health & Mana Globes now have a glow instead of a black shadow
- Mortar ground blaze is now more visible
- Decreased Explosion visual size (not collision mask) for player abilities to have less clutter
- Improved plenty of attack impact effects
- Players can now see each others cosmetic items
- Season 7 Wings now show in chat lobby

[h2]Enemies[/h2]
- Improved Enemy AI a bit + enhanced each individual enemy's abilities
- Added a damage type indicator as a icon below the health bar (physical, magic, cold, fire etc)
- Made HP text a little smaller to lessen clutter
- Added some new enemies to the game
- Decreased rarity to visual size a bit to lessen clutter + removed scaling projectiles for bigger enemies
- Satan's Hands now have more health
- Monsters no longer block attacks randomly
- Increased the monster level significantly in Reaper's Breach
- Increased the speed of Shadow Skull from Uber Reaper

[h2]Fixes[/h2]
- Fixed Ye and Xeo runes
- Fixed Resistance system, now works correctly
- Nol and Drax runes now have the proper sprites
- Fixed Many items with +1 all talents not being able to go to +2 when diced beyond 100%
- Fixed issues with ranged and spell weapons ranged attacks
- Fixed weapon projectile speeds not affected by mercenary's own weapon but players weapon
- Minions have a 25% chance to apply elemental break if they are using shroud of elements or odin's spear now rather than 100%
- Body Double, Shadow Clone & Valkyrie's speed has been increased
- Darts and Explosive Kunai projectile animation didn't follow the target direction, now it does
- Old Trash Loot system is in place for normal-mythic items
- Fixed localization for Traveler's set bonus
- Fixed the difficulty slider's magic find from being multiplicative to additive
- Now only show 1 bosses hp at a time

[h2]Items[/h2]
- Normal-Mythic items 2-handed weapons now have higher damage but slower attack speed
- Changed mevius set to elemental and buffed it slightly
- Kogarasumaru effect added to the item
- Valkyrie effect added to the item
- Added Thorns aura to Bristle
- Khodo's Wedding Band no longer works on Uber Reaper's Pentagram Slam
- Ist rune cannot be crafted anymore
- Increased rune, key etc pickup range/mask
- Hel rune to 0.5% from 1.5%
- Ox/Vex/Efoel/fem to 1.5% from 3.0%
- Pirate Captain's gear now can roll either Fire & Cold damage
- Reduced the dodge on Aztech Coin down to 10%
- Removed fire and cold damage from Aztech Coin
- Increased lightning damage on Aztech Coin significantly
- Reduced the attack speed on Molten Hands slightly to match other element gloves
- Added +2 talents to Aztech Necklace
- Reduced the Critical Damage on Raven's Claw & Commander's Sash as they were too strong
- Reduced the base damage of Poison Ivy significantly
- Increased Poison Ivy's poison scaling
- Increased Glimmerfury's cold damage and base attack speed slightly
- Reduced the physical damage on Feral Talons a bit
- Increased the damage & attack speed on the elemental daggers & darkness
- Shadow Carver, Beacon of Shadows & Shadowfury's damage have been increased significantly
- Buffed Rift Commander's Axe damage quite a bit
- Buffed Storm Katana's damage quite a bit
- Buffed Hellslayer slightly
- Buffed St HouDeanii's Tiny Fire Rod's attack speed slightly and changed to elemental damage
- Removed a lot of attack speed from Necro set, gave it additional energy in its place
- Damien's Soulstone and Cage can now roll cold as well
- Gave Wasteland Sigil Stamina% and stamina
- Buffed Catastrophe's damage significantly
- Gave Shadowfury +2 talents
- Gave Beacon of Shadows +1 talents
- Reduced the elemental scaling on RT XQC-4910 significantly
- Buffed The Undying's damage and damage return
- Reduced mana% on most items
- Ascendancy and Sovereignty are now elemental damage and no longer just magic
- Reduced Mana Shield scaling on Thinking Cap by 10%
- Fixed the low scaling of Critical Damage on Assassin's Mitts
- Reduced most items stamina% and hp%
- St Wooxy's Glorious Hauberk now has less hp
- Reduced all Break abilities to 25% per stack and can only be stacked twice. +talents raises the value above 25%
- Demon & Angel now has increased projectile speed and range
- Marine's Buddy now has increased projectile speed and range
- Buffed the elemental% on Darkhide Boots slightly
- Reduced Strength% on most items
- Reduced Stamina% from Doctor's Mask in a Jar
- Buffed all of the physical damage bows quite a bit
- Ravager is now only 2 handed melee weapons
- Big Joe can no longer be crafted on 1 handed chainsaws
- Change name of Redneck's set from Woodcutter to Burning Rubber since was not thematic.
- Added Val rune to the boss runes and it provides 2.5% elemental damage
- Made Sovereignty's Rule of Order boost elemental damage not just magic so all casters can use it now
- Reduced Ascendancy mana scaling to 100-200% (previously 300-400%)
- Big Joe & Ravager can no longer be crafted on the incorrect base
- Removed Ist and Jah from the boss only rune drops
- Added Sal and Hyg runes to the boss only drops
- Added Val Rune (2.5% elemental damage). This will be a boss only drop
- Tweaked the runes of some runewords
- Buffed Potency and Breath of the Dying significantly
- Reduced Perdition's damage a bit and made it so it only requires inferno runes to craft
- Added the Traveler's Set
- Added some Nightmare satanic weapons
- Increased the drop rate of all boss runes
- Reduced RT XQC-4910 exp% to 5%
- Reduced Odin's Battle Axe exp% to 5%
- Reduced Satan's Bible exp% to 5%
- Reduced speed on all boots around 30% (This due to us buffing base MS from 1:1 to 1:3, per level.)
- Increased the random elemental damage on Jack & Fred
- Gave Warbringer a small amount of random elemental damage
- Revelation now has a chance to proc a large aoe circle that will buff allies and damage enemies that come into contact with it
- Nerfed flat HP regen on early game items
- Fixed a problem with All Seeing Eye's all talents not going +5 at 113% quality
- Reduced upgrade cost on leveling runewords

[h2]Viking[/h2]
- Whirlwind can now proc breaks, procs, life & mana leech etc.
- You can no longer use Shield Bash while Whirlwinding
- Fixed Throw! mask not working correctly
- Lowered Throw! cooldown to 2.5 seconds
- Fixed Warbringer to correctly grant attack speed
- Weapon Master now also increases damage if using a 1 handed weapon + shield, damage increase now shows in the stats page
- Viking's Whirlwind mask is too small with Oversized
- Increased how much you can scale Whirlwind with attack speed
- Throw! ability can now pick up bosses
- Reduced Warbringer scaling
- Reduced Shield Bash damage

[h2]Redneck[/h2]
- Chainsaw Massacre can now proc breaks, procs, life & mana leech etc.
- Reduced the cooldown of Firebreak to 7 seconds
- Increased Firebreak's damage
- Increased Chainsaw Massacre damage
- Increased Fire Tire damage weapon damage by 100%
- Increased the scaling of Experienced Logger
- Redneck's Pickup Raid now shoots faster

[h2]Pyromancer[/h2]
- Fixed Third Degree Burns not working correctly
- Fireflies now proc whenever the killing blow comes from the Pyromancer
- Decreased aoe on Fire Nova
- Changed Chaos Induction into a chaining fire proc
- Third-Degree Burns will now always proc on a burn
- Fixed Fireflies stacking infinitely

[h2]Necromancer[/h2]
- Summons now gain your total poison damage as extra damage
- Slightly buffed Summon Frenzy
- Increased the damage on Poison Barbs
- Increased scaling of Soul Rend
- Reduced cooldown of Poison Nova to 4 seconds
- Increased Summon Mastery's scaling
- Increased all of Venomancer's castable ability damage
- Increased Lingering Toxins scaling
- Necro summons hp was significantly buffed
- Improved summoned minion's AI
- Slowed minions down a bit so they are less spastic

[h2]Marauder[/h2]
- Increased Crazy Grapple cooldown from 3 seconds to 7 seconds
- Marauder projectiles no longer benefit from homing shots
- Gladiator abilities can now proc Serrated Chains
- Increased Chain Trap damage
- Decreased Chain Trap cooldown
- Overwhelming Force can only proc on same target once per attack

[h2]White Mage[/h2]
- Curse can now only be procced by white mages
- Healing Zone has a bit more transparency now
- Soul Spurn is now capped to 5 enemies
- Restless Souls now increase soul amount by 1 per 5 points in the talent
- Reduced Duration of Mana Orb by 50%
- Increased Black Mass damage significantly
- Reduced the Damage Reduction on Healing Zone by 25%
- Reduced the scaling of Fanaticism

[h2]Paladin[/h2]
- Changed The Venerated One to empower Holy Hammer damage & speed + they follow the players during the buff
- Added Divine Storm reduction into the tooltip
- Changed Holy Bolts to Consecrated Teleport
- Increased Holy Hammer damage
- Increased Steel Shield's damage
- Increased Divine Storm's damage
- Removed the knockback from Holy Hammers
- Increased the spin duration on Steel Shields by an additional rotation

[h2]Pirate[/h2]
- Maniac Skin bombs are now working
- Explosive Barrel now bounces bullets to the nearest enemy instead of destroying them
- Buckshot can now shotgun enemies
- Bomb Barrage Explosions are now a bit bigger
- Grenado ability changed to Grenade Jump (Drops a grenade and launching her to the direction faced)
- Freezing Chainshot now pulls enemies into it
- Land Ahoy! cooldown is 8 seconds now
- Heavily increased the damage from the Plunderer trees castable abilities
- Increased Rapid Fire scaling
- Powder Trail now does not knock enemies back

[h2]Samurai[/h2]
- Live by the Sword now also increases ability damage
- Evasion now increases 1% dodge per every talent point up to 20% + gives a 2% per level chance to cast smoke bomb when dodging up to 40% (you need to have points in Smoke Bomb)
- Omnislash now teleports the player to the target
- Fix Shotgunning on Samurai's Fan of Knives
- Removed the lag caused by Fan of Knives

[h2]Plague Doctor[/h2]
- Fatal Curse is now added on top of Chant of the Weakness
- Increased damage of all Plague Caller castable abilities
- Increased damage of Oops!
- Lowered Rat King rat's attack cooldown, they attack faster now
- Decreased the cooldown of Rat King

[h2]Shaman[/h2]
- Earth Bind radius increased by 30%
- Increased all proc rates on abilities
- Increased damage for both Elementalist and Chieftain on most abilities & procs
- Decreased cooldown of totems a bit. This will allow players to farm better on Chieftain
- Fix Shotgunning on Shaman's Fire Totem
- Fire totem no longer shotguns

[h2]Amazon[/h2]
- Increased the ability damage for multiple Huntress skills and procs
- Poison Knives now only launches a singular knife which then spreads into the nearest enemies
- Death From Above AOE increased
- Increased Toxic Remains AOE from 48px to 128px
- Tropical Thunder now deals damage from the mask, not the individual lightnings (Removes shotgun effect)
- Brunhilde's Chosen now increases movement speed with flat 50 and the damage increase shows in the statistics screen
- Increased Odin's Battle Maiden duration from 4 seconds to 7 seconds.
- Increased damage of Spearnage & Tropical Thunder
- Decreased the cooldown on Envenom from 16.5 to 8 seconds
- Reduced the scaling of Bruhilde's Chosen
- Reduced the scaling of Thrill of the Hunt
- Increased Tropical Thunder proc rate

[h2]Nomad[/h2]
- Reduced the damage of Rupture
- Reduced the cooldown of Wind Blades to 10 seconds
- Eye of Ra no longer causes you to teleport :D
- Decreased Sandstorm cooldown by 2 seconds
- Increased Sandstorm vertical mask

[h2]Marksman[/h2]
- Decreased Volatile Shot cooldown from 8 to 4
- Increased the scaling on Critical Attack
- Increased all castable abilities damage.
- Increased Gunner Drones damage significantly (double the damage)
- Increased Multishot scaling
- Increased Multishot Turret damage
- Increased all Sharpshooter active abilities damage
- Increased the scaling of Armor Piercing Rounds
- Decreased the cooldown of Arrow Rain from 8 seconds to 4 seconds
- Decreased the cooldown of Arrow Rampage from 8 seconds to 6 seconds

[h2]Demon Spawn[/h2]
- Increased damage of all abilities and passives in the Blood Lord tree

[h2]Lancer[/h2]
- Increased Counter damage significantly
- Increased the damage of Spiked Shields
- Increased the tick rate of Spiked Shields
- Reduced Counter's knockback
