Fixes for some quests

We have prepared update 1.0.43.3569 for you, which includes:

• Fixed an issue where players in the "Pirates" faction did not take damage in ground combat missions.
  
• Canceling the switch to the group member’s server no longer cancels the group invitation itself.
  
• Invitations to switch to the group member’s server no longer come from the Mangroove pearl loot zone.
  
• Invitations to switch to the group member’s server no longer appear when invited from a boss instance.
  
• Fixed an issue that could cause progress to stall in the quest "It's Time".
  
• Fixed an issue that could cause progress to stall in the quest "Monkee's Collection". To continue the quest, please re-dock at the zone and switch the dialogue to Monkee.
  
• Fixed an issue where dialogue with the Daughter of Tides was erroneously available.
  
• Fixed an issue where hull parameters did not update immediately when changing the hull and modules.
  
• Fixed a blockage at the shipyard when multiple boats mistakenly were put onto it.
  
• Adjustments made to the logic of the quest "Lost Cargo Delivery".
  
• Multiple technical fixes.
