Lambda Wars has been released!

After all these years of development Lambda Wars has finally left beta! The project started way back in 2007 and has seen huge amounts of progress since then. Over the years Lambda Wars progressed from a proof of concept into a fully fledged assymetrical RTS game with Singleplayer, Co-op and Multiplayer gamemodes.

Today's update includes 4 new units, two new buildings, building remodels and a heap of bugfixed/balance tweaks. We can't wait to see your try out all of these changes, be sure to share your experiences with Lambda Wars 1.0! We'll be excitedly reading all your discussions about the update.

- Fixed scout infiltrate sound, which could play when you don't have energy to use ability.
- Fixed Rebel Medic healing ability, which had broken cooldown.
- Fixed dog's slam ability which could be used while unit is moving.

[h2]Maps[/h2]
hlw_uzvara:
- Updated map design;
- Added two new ways, which are blocked by destructible walls.
- Minor bug fixes.

[h2]Balance[/h2]
Control points:
- Lvl 2 now gives 60 req.(76 req. before) per 1 min. as HQ does.
- Lvl 1 cost reduced from 30/15 to 25/15.
- Lvl 2 cost reduced from 40/30 to 35/30.

Mount. turrets now require Armory/Munition Depot.
Added new attribute 'large' for Dogs and Striders.

Grenades:
- Damage radius reduced from 320 to 256.

Pulse attribute:
- Removed bonus damage against metal units.

Metal attribute:
- Damage from 'plasma' reduced by 50%.

AR2:
- Attack speed changed from 0.09 sec to 0.08.
- Reload speed changed from 0.04-0.05 to 0.03-0.04.

[h2]Rebels[/h2]
- Added new unit at Special Ops building - Heavy Rebel.

Tech Center:
- Added new building - Tech. Center(Made by Spok)
- Explosive bolts moved to the new building from munition depot.

- Cooldown increased from 1.82 to 6.

Partisans:
- Move speed increased from 208 to 224.

Dog:
- Jump and slam damage reduced from 230 to 180.
- Added bonus damage to jump and slam abilities: +50 against light and meduim units.
- Increased bonus damage for jump and slam abilities from 150 to 200 against synth units.

RPG:
- Base damage reduced from 35 to 25.
- Bonus damage against heavy units reduced from 35 to 20.
- Bonus damage against synth/metal units increased from 90 to 100.
- Bonus damage against buildings increased from 70 to 80.

Munition Depot:
-Health increased from 500 to 750.
-Explosive bolt upgrade: now requires special ops.
-C4 upgrade: requires now special ops.
-Hopper Mines upgrade: requires now special ops.

Vortigaunt:
- Price reduced from 60/55 to 40/50.

Vortigaunt Den:
- Price reduced from 50/70 to 50/50.
- Has now 100% chance to stun a target.
- Health increased from 500 to 800.

Triage center:
- Health increased from 500 to 600.

Teleporter:
- Health increased from 500 to 600.

Spec. Ops:
- Health increased from 600 to 800.

Barracks:
- Health increased from 600 to 700.

Radio Tower:
- Scan doesn't have now global range, now it's 6144 range.

- Added new units at Synth Factory - Mortar Synth and Crab Synth.
- Added new unit at Special Ops building - Combine Heavy.

Tech Center:
- Added new building - Tech. Center (Made by Spok), which has new upgrades for units:
- Added new upgrade, which makes clawscanner's hopper-mines invisible for enemies.
- Added move and attack upgrade for Mortar Synth unit: increases move speed by 25% and increases attack speed by 1 second.
- Strider cannon upgrade moved into this building.

- Population upgrade takes 0 seconds again.

Metrocop with Pistol:
- Builtime reduced from 19 sec. to 15.

Metro riot:
- Build time reduced from 17 to 15.

Combine Elite:
- Price reduced back to 50/20 from 50/30.
- Energyball costs 10 energy again.

Sniper:
- Bonus damage against medium units increased from 10 to 100.
- Bonus damage against heavy units increased from 20 to 60.
- Attack range reduced from 1280 to 1152.

Manhack:
- Added 'metal' attribute.

Scanner:

Hunter:
