Early Access Update - v0.313

The Emperor and State has now been updated to version 0.313, addressing urgent fixes and optimizations to the war system. If you encounter any bugs or issues in the game, please use the in-game feedback feature or discuss them on our Discord.

[h2]Bug Fixes[/h2]
  • Fixed a bug where a black screen might appear at the end of the turn when the corruption threshold is set to 0. (Error codes: 47ba, 51f)
  • Fixed a bug where the diligence and loyalty of local officials were not affected by court memorial events.
  • Fixed a bug where the average virtue and gentry-to-commoner ratio did not account for local officials.
  • Completely fixed a bug where the message "territory has an issue" would sometimes pop up.
  • Fixed a bug where right-clicking would freeze the game in certain situations when a prince is born.
[h2]Improving[/h2]
  • Implemented the ability to swap army generals during reorganization.
  • Various other minor optimizations.

Demo Available Now

The demo is now available! It is limited to the entertainment mode for play and provides most of the gaming experience of playing an emperor in the first generation.

[h2]Bug Fixes[/h2]
  • Fixed the bug that when the durability of the Xuanzheng Hall was low, clicking on the Xuanzheng Hall at other times except Chenshi would also reduce the imperial prestige.
  • Fixed the vulnerability that the screen would get stuck if loading a save file in the scene of moving the capital.
  • Fixed a vulnerability that might cause officials to be duplicated.

  • Adjusted the military strength algorithm, strengthened the influence of population on the military strength factor, and the army size in save files with a larger population will increase significantly.
  • When the emperor dies without an heir, a prince will be randomly adopted as the new emperor to continue the game, but the imperial prestige will be reduced.

  • Fixed the statistical error between the display of material collection expenditure and the actual expenditure.
  • Fixed the bug that when upgrading facilities by appointment under certain conditions, the "Military Town" would be wrongly upgraded to "36".
  • Fixed a bug in the data editor and added some functions.

Early Access Update - v0.310

The Emperor and State has now been updated to version 0.310, adding the data editing and military settlement farming features, and fixing some bugs. Currently, the Steam Workshop is still under intense preparation and it takes quite some time. Please be patient and wait.

[h2]New Features[/h2]
  • Data Editor has now been added to the 'Secret Chamber' of the Purple Chamber Hall in the game. You can customize and edit the main data of the game. However, it should be noted that using the editor cannot unlock achievements in the normal gameplay process. In the future, we will also consider gradually expanding the customization range, such as items, characters, etc...
  • Added the "Military Settlement Farming" feature. Under the military settlement farming state, mobility is reduced, morale is reduced, military expenses and warehouse surplus expenditures are reduced.

  • Fixed the bug that the provincial government logo did not disappear immediately after the provincial government was revoked.
  • Fixed the bug of inaccurate calculation of the ruling power consumption of each state.
  • Fixed the bug that sometimes gets stuck when two concubines have difficult labor at the same time.
