1.02 Demo update

1.02 Patch notes:

- In-game voice improvements:
a) removed walkie talkie, instead increased voice range
b) enabled voice detection, instead of constant playback

- Police taser range decreased
- Improved control mapper translations
- Fixed bug when dying in the hideout and getting stuck
- Further difficulty adjustments
- Fixed garages not opening after hacking
- Added slight delay on item scrolling
- Added setting to highlight teammates
- Fixed mountain bike not saving after stealing
- Fixed white background for shop items
