1.16 Hotfix

[p]1.16:[/p][p]- Fixed missing VIP loot in the heist[/p][p]- Increased drop off box size in Lakeside St.[/p][p]- Improved the game loading mechanic (hopefully resolves the black screen issue)[/p][p][/p]
