1.19j Hotfix - Removed repair limit, bug fixes

Next updates with major changes will be released on the beta branch first, so I can gather feedback before going public.[/p][p][/p][p]1.19j:[/p][p]- Removed repair limit for tools[/p][p]- Removed increased stamina drain while carrying loot[/p][p]- AC Gas can be used one extra time (3 in total)[/p][p]- Fixed zip tied patrolling policeman calling for backup[/p][p]- Decreased pistol cost from 50 to 25k (as it was before)[/p][p]- Fixed drawers not closing[/p][p][/p][p][/p]
