1.21 Hotfix

[p]1.21:[/p][p]- Fixed fuel being added when driving in reverse (don't judge me)[/p][p]- Possibly fixed truck going into the wall in Arizona[/p][p]- Cars can't be sold during a police chase[/p][p]- Added a one second delay to damage after respawning[/p][p]- Minor collision fixes[/p]
