Added
- New staff negotiation system where you get to see their character a bit more (based on traits), you can also give a % of winnings either per associated horse or all horses
- New person culling system, this should help with freshing up the people a bit
- In horse detail text now say how many horses the horse has sired/given birth to
- Ability to change training speed multiplier during start of game and in game settings
- In race register tables now show the avg rating of the field

Improved
- Lootbox cost now goes from stable instaed of player cash, since the stable gets the horse

### Fixed
- Changed the race distances not to do a random range, but instead use furlongs as baseline since this is the most international measurement in horse racing for SMILE distances
- Created a migration for this also, this should fix like 2 meter increments in the standings and times
- Changing skills in cheat console now does not reset
- Moved the shoe materials to a dictionary inside game, this should stop weird bugs caused by invalid file access
- In betting there was a bug that when you pressed the bet amount buttons it did not update the add buttons monetary label
- Stake races showing prize money for winner as 0
- Made it so that CPU tries to keep horses to around 200
- In market featured page, the age range for the auctions were not correct
- If a horse has won an award in it's live, exclude it from culling mechanic

Removed
- Sign-on bonus and healthcare benefits for now, if there is demand for these we can add them back

Added
- V2 of rating system, now give rating for each individual race, similar to timeform/bayer speed figures, the horse rating is then calculated from the past 5 races
- Rating now still considers time as factor (more precisely for that exact distance instead of SMILE), but also added what position horse got, what grade the race was and field strength. There were cases where horses won in the last system but still lost points, that did not really make sense
- This new system should be more easy to grasp, hopefully :)

Fixed
- The new hotkey system did not take into consideration when you where typing so it was triggering say command bar with S when you wrote something with S, this has now been fixed

- Parameters for race and sim time difference multipliers, until we fix them to be equal. This is kinda duct taping the time differences that leads to issues with ratings
- Made it so that if you have graded a horse to say G1, then you can participate in G1 races even if you don't have the needed rating

Fixed
- Race live and sim times should now be more equal, also added a migration that might make old saves a bit more compatible
- Staff can now work for your stable even if your stable prestige is lower, but they will want more money, but also balanced this to be more sane
- Mouse buttons now work for going back and forth
- In manual training, condition re-generation is now faster closer to the automatic training rate

Added
- Complete overhaul of grading and ratings
- Grades simplified and made more closer to real world: G1, G2, G3, Listed and Open (ungraded)
- Rating is now the main decidor in what race you can join, to join G1 you need 115 rating, to join G2 you need 110, G3 105 and listed 100.
- You get rating by winning races, the time of the race is also a major factor
- After races show how the results effected the ratings for the horse, also show the rating history with +/- in the past result tables
- Show max ever rating/peak rating in horse page, multiple tables and breeding page
- The parameters of the rating system are also exposed when creating new game and also in settings
- Overhaul of the culling system, the system is now quite aggresive in removing bad male horses (not users) while keeping females a bit longer to be able to get foals that are not newgens
- Exposed the culling system parameters in new game creation and also settings
- Newgens also now come in yearly, so that the heavy population is between 0-5 yo
- Race generation tweaked, they follow more of a pyramid, so G1 races are the rarest (around 12 a year in normal world size, while allowance and open are common races)
- This should overall help with lots of empty races
- The race preview scene now displays the selected horse along with the horse starting from the previous gate.
- Visuals for horse shoes, also made horse shoes more simple with only selecting 1 horse shoe instead of front and back
- All hotkeys can now be changed in settings
- Added super and ultra speeds to live race, horses don't animate for better performance when doing these speeds
- You can now change in settings between flat and harness racing, no need to start a new game
- Added two new paintings to main menu/transitions
- Added stable prestige system, you gain prestige by winnings awards and G1 races, you can see the ranking in standings > stable > prestige
- The most prestigious stable at the end of the year also receives a special award
- Awards now give cash prizes also

Improved
- Removed separate tab in horse details for shoes, and moved it to options like other gear
- Added stop at summary email option to settings
- Context menu (right click horse or person in table) now stays open when you set schedule, care, nutrition, shoe, scout options this way you can do multiple changes at once without constantly opening the menu again
- In horse detail view, swap position of rating and grade position, since rating is now more important in day-to-day operations, also show max ever rating in parenthesis after the current value
- In pre-race view changed position of show/hide betting to the top panel, this way it does not take extra UI space
- Harness racing a bit more organic, but still has major problems

Fixed
- Limit to get 5 star horse is now 380 ability

Removed
- Min and max grade requirements, this is not needed anymore since we only use min grade
