Update 2.19.0: Horse Leg Variants

- [p]The icons for the current campaign, pilot and difficulty are now displayed in the escape menu.[/p]

- [p]Added a slider for adjusting the amount of horizontal camera offset.[/p]
- [p]Fixed certain shields having awkward idle grips in certain arms.[/p]
- [p]Fixed the crosshair bloom intensity setting not being set on startup.[/p]
- [p]Fixed anti air Granvirs being summoned as part of response level effects.[/p]
