Update v0.12.0

[p]Today we are releasing update 0.12.0, a patch update like the ones we plan to publish between the major milestones of the roadmap.[/p][p]This update is based on feedback provided by players. It mainly includes balancing adjustments, accessibility improvements, and bug fixes.   • [p]To make it easier to connect to a private multiplayer session, we have added a button to copy the session code to the clipboard[/p]
  • [p]Many content creators have asked for a “Streamer mode” to hide the join code of a private session. We have added a "Streamer mode" general setting which hides the private session code for streamers, with a button to display it and a button to copy the hidden code to the clipboard[/p]

Proximity Chat and Laboratory zone are still in development
[p]Many of you have been expressing your enthusiasm on various topics. In parallel with these regular updates, we continue to focus on our two main projects: the proximity chat and the new playable district of the HSS Hawking (the laboratory), for which here is a first preview image.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]We will tell you more about the Laboratory in an upcoming steam post next week.[/p][p]We are taking the necessary time to move forward on these topics. It is very important for us to maintain the quality standards you have come to expect in both visuals and gameplay. The team is still small, but we have a well-controlled pace.[/p][p][/p]

What we are working on in parallel
  • [p]Proximity chat development : A new voicechat plugin has been installed (but not used in the game yet), and we're in the process of implementing all the necessary features to replace the previous system. Once it's done we'll be able to add more features on top, like distance effects.[/p]
  • [p]New quarter "Lab" development : Right now we're finishing up on level design and lighting, while working on 3D art, sound design, and optimization. Then we'll need to finish the UI screens and new 3D elements for the new puzzle in this zone.[/p]
  • [p]and of course, we continue working on the necessary fixes based on what you report to us on the Discord server. It’s part of our daily work.[/p]
