Major Update V0.12 and Steam Next Fest!

[p]Hey everyone,[/p][p][/p][p]V0.12 is out now and it’s a big one. This update focuses on clarity, balance, and fixing a bunch of annoying edge cases that have been bugging us for a while.[/p][p][/p][p]First up, research.[/p][p][/p][p]We’ve rebuilt the Research UI and grouped everything into proper categories. It’s cleaner, easier to read, and makes planning your tech path way less chaotic. The Lookout Tower now requires research as well, so early game scouting is more intentional.[/p][p][/p][p]Combat and targeting got attention too.[/p][p]Tower targeting range is more accurate and the preview actually reflects the real range. We fixed issues with tower and garrison building targeting, plus a bug with the final wave. Harborland has been rebalanced so water enemies only appear on Hard and above, including the Ptera mini wave attacks.[/p][p][/p][p]Controls and quality of life:[/p][p][/p][p]• Drag add to selection updated, use shift plus drag[/p][p]• Adjusted timing of command group control assignment[/p][p]• Updated garrison cursor icon[/p][p]• Health bars now pulse when low[/p][p]• Codex building entries improved[/p][p]• Fixed perk selection bug[/p][p]• Fixed building limit bug[/p][p][/p][p]Overall the game should feel tighter and more predictable, especially in late game defenses.[/p][p][/p]

[p][/p][p]Steam Next Fest[/p][p][/p][p]We’re also part of Steam Next Fest starting February 23.[/p][p][/p][p]If you’ve been on the fence about trying the demo, this is the perfect time. The demo is currently sitting at 67 reviews and 100 percent positive, which honestly blows my mind. Thank you.[/p][p][/p][p]If you’ve already played, jumping back in with V0.12 would help a lot and you will notice a big improvement.[/p][p][/p][p]If you enjoy the demo, please consider leaving a review and wishlisting the game. It makes a real difference for a project like this.[/p][p][/p][p]See you in Next Fest.[/p]
