[h2]9 Kings News Roundup: Updates #20 - #22[/h2][hr][/hr]Update #20
Update #20 added an exciting Merchant change, giving the player more agency and clarity in the Merchant screen. The 9 Kings team also continued working on balancing, fixing bugs, and included a wealth of new QOL changes requested by the community. Some of the standout QOL changes are the introduction of being able to see your current perks and being able to access the Compendium from the main menu.

Update #21
The Endless Patch improved performance, added full controller support, and added an entirely new deck of cards, The Jack of Chaos, for players to experiment with. More new content was also added to the experience after year 33, giving more options to players in endless mode and increasing the viability of endless runs. A new challenge also arose with this update: Ultimate bosses now spawn at year 66 and 99, adding new milestones to endless runs.

The most recent update to 9 Kings brings some new cool additions, balancing, QOL, and more bug fixes. Treasure chests are new to 9 Kings, allowing players to get their loot, but first, you must unlock that plot, giving new motivation and direction to kingdom expansion! A new perk and decree were also added to support treasure chests, as well as many new decrees to make each king feel more distinct.
