Starground v0.15.0.6 Hotfix

[p]This small hotfix (hopefully) fixes an issue where breaking a tesla coil could sometimes crash the game. Let me know if anybody still encounters that issue after this update![/p][h2]Fixes[/h2]

• [p]Fixed an issue where lighting surge intervals changed depending on FPS[/p]
• [p]Fixed an issue (hopefully) where tesla coils could crash the game[/p]
• [p]Fixed an issue where dedicated servers would attempt to grab input icons and throw errors[/p]
