v1.1.2 - minor fixes

[p]Hey rifters! This minor patch does the following:[/p]

• [p]Fixed the Rift Manager achievement not triggering upon completing all first scenarios.[/p]
• [p]Fixed player character moving while scrolling when moving using mouse is enabled.[/p]
• [p]Fixed the Rocket monster not always damaging your basecamp.[/p]
