Hello, arcology citizens!

I am pleased to report that the next major content update, Index 2, is almost complete and should be released within a few weeks.

In the meantime, a new trailer has been prepared that shows off some of the new locations, activities, and characters waiting for you in the next update.

Merry Christmas, arcology citizens!

As we come to the end of 2024, I wanted to provide an update on XVTM’s development since the start of Early Access back in October. Here are the highlights:

• Index 2, the next major release for Early Access, is around 40% complete.
  (The images used in this update are sneak previews from it, too. 😊)
  
• The first destination in Index 2 is a big one, and entered its ‘content complete’ state in late November.
  (Scale-wise, it’s comparable to about half of all of the content in the current Early Access build!)
  
• The other destinations are under construction right now, absent occasional breaks to try to put a dent in my backlog on Steam.

Good morning arcology citizens, and welcome to the start of Early Access for XVTM!

This initial release, version 0.33.01, is now live and contains about the first 35% of the total game. In addition, several quality of life improvements have been added if you’re coming from the demo, including:

• Achievements
  
• Improved text readability
  
• Autosave and Cloud Save
  
• Optimized on-disk size
