Additions
- Jumping with pets out now shows their jump animation as well.
- NPC buttons may now have additional requirements to work in some situations.
- All the NPCs in Frontiersville that can be given gifts now have the GIFT button. All other NPCs which are not giftable do not have the button.
- Hang Out NPCs have now largely been given combat abilities.
- As well as yielding fungus when digging, you may accidentally fall into the Lost Tunnels. Who knows what awaits below?
[ - [ A new combat power called Spores has been added. Who knows where you get it? Who is paying attention?
- The brown error popup window has been replaced with a more subtle icon that will display just below your avatar and flash if an error was triggered. Clicking the flashy stick of dynamite will show the error reporting tool.
- Adjusting difficulty no longer requires changing maps for monsters to scale to the new difficulty setting. It's all done dynamically so you will see the change in stats immediately.
- Tooltip Pics option added to the Options screen. This setting toggles the use of the new key press and mouse button icons on tooltips. By default you see those up to level 3. With this setting you can turn it off prior to level 3 if it becomes annoying.
- Runebags are now a drop item, they happen when Illumination is in effect. Runebags give runes upon use. A rune can be fitted into an equipped item using the Hammer an the T key.
- Any time you gain an item and you are above level 3 and the item can be enchanted there is a chance (30%) it will start with a random 5% effect applied to it already. This is quite low, you'd do better to use the Hammer and add something to it but it's better than nothing.
- Runestones are an ancient thing and as such they stand a chance to disintegrate randomly, when this happens you'll gain ancient dust in your inventory and lose some runestones.
Fixes
- Wing Jumping is back in after getting a fix.
- Fixed a bug that repeatedly smacking space key with a resource node selected may have caused an error when the node was consumed fully.
- Fixed a bug that may have caused an error when traveling to a new map if a new area effect had triggered just as you were leaving the old map.
