[/p][p]Phase III of our community skin-design event for the Weapon series has officially come to an end. Thank you for your outstanding performances in the Co-Creation Project! This phase saw a large number of high-quality submissions. Due to production timelines and judging rules, we have selected the Top 3 overall designs. Communication regarding these skins is now fully underway—stay tuned for their dazzling debut on the battlefield![/p][p]

Finalists & Scope of Authorization[/h2][p]Your submission to the Wild Assault Creator’s Odyssey has been selected as one of the ten best designs of this phase. We would like to adapt your artwork into an in-game item for Wild Assault—for event drops or store sales.[/p][p]To make this happen, we need your confirmation on the following points:[/p]

• [p]License Grant[/p]
  • [p]You agree to grant Wild Assault and its developers a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and commercialize your submitted artwork.[/p]
  • [p]This includes, but is not limited to, using the design as an in-game item (such as a skin) and for related promotional activities.[/p]
• [p]Rights Retained[/p]
  • [p]You retain full copyright ownership of your original work.[/p]

[h2]2. Originality Declaration[/h2][p]You confirm that:[/p]

• [p]The submitted work is your original creation.[/p]
• [p]Wild Assault’s use of the artwork will not infringe the rights of any third party.[/p]

[h2]3. Creator Appreciation Reward[/h2][p]As a token of appreciation, every finalist creator may choose any one in-game bundle as a complimentary reward.[/p][h2]4. Buyout Fee for Commercial Use[/h2][p]If a design moves forward into actual production stage, we will contact the creator in advance and finalize the commercial buyout fee based on the following standards:[/p]

• [p]Phase III artwork selected for production: buyout fee of 50 USD[/p]

[p]Note: This buyout fee applies only to artworks that officially enter the production stage. Thank you for your understanding and support.[/p][h2]5. Contact & Reward Distribution[/h2][p]We will reach out to winning creators via the Steam Community Artwork page and send a friend request to your Steam account. This helps us contact each creator promptly and deliver rewards. Please keep an eye on your messages![/p][h2]6. Opt-Out Option[/h2][p]Your participation is voluntary. We fully respect each creator’s choice.[/p][p]If for any reason you wish to withdraw your finalists work from the showcase or from later stages of the process, simply let us know.
