- [p]Your submitted work has been chosen as an outstanding design in the Wild Assault Co‑creation Project: Epoch of Creation. We intend to produce your original artwork as an in‑game item in Wild Assault, to be distributed via events or in the in‑game store. To that end, we ask you to confirm the following:[/p]
- [p]License Grant: You agree to grant Wild Assault and its developers a non‑exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and commercialize your submitted work, including but not limited to its implementation as in‑game items (e.g., skins) and related promotional purposes.[/p]
- [p]Rights Reserved: You retain the copyright to your original work.[/p]
- [p]Originality Statement & Warranty[/p]
- [p]You confirm that the work is your own original creation.[/p]
- [p]You warrant that Wild Assault’s use of the work will not infringe any third party’s intellectual property or other legal rights.[/p]

- [p]As a token of appreciation, each selected creator may freely choose any one in‑game bundle as a reward.[/p]
- [p]Commercial Buyout Fee for Original Art[/p]
- [p]If a design enters actual production, we will contact the respective creator in advance and negotiate a commercial buyout fee based on the following standard:[/p]
- [p]Original designs selected for Phase 4 production: The buyout fee is USD 100 or the equivalent value in Wild Assaultin‑game currency.[/p]
- [p]Note: This fee applies only to original artwork that ultimately enters the production phase. Thank you for your understanding and support.[/p]
