[p]To help us move forward with in-game item production, we’re providing a clear explanation of the rights authorization, originality requirements, and creator rewards for finalists works.[/p][h2]1. Finalists & Scope of Authorization[/h2][p]Your submission to the Wild Assault Creator’s Odyssey has been selected as one of the ten best designs of this phase. We would like to adapt your artwork into an in-game item for Wild Assault—for event drops or store sales.[/p][p]To make this happen, we need your confirmation on the following points:[/p]

    • [p]You agree to grant Wild Assault and its developers a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and commercialize your submitted artwork.[/p]
    • [p]This includes, but is not limited to, using the design as an in-game item (such as a skin) and for related promotional activities.[/p]
  • [p]Rights Retained[/p]
    • [p]You retain full copyright ownership of your original work.[/p]

Buyout Fee for Commercial Use[/h2][p]If a design moves forward into actual production stage, we will contact the creator in advance and finalize the commercial buyout fee based on the following standards:[/p]

  2. [p]Phase I artwork selected for production: buyout fee of 50 USD[/p]

Contact & Reward Distribution[/h2][p]We will reach out to winning creators via the Steam Community Artwork page and send a friend request to your Steam account. Her earliest memories are from a children's welfare institute whose founder viewed children as tools for government subsidies. The children endured bullying and hunger. In this toxic environment, Akaihime learned deception and theft early, eventually leaving the despised orphanage alone.[/p][p]To survive on the streets, the young Akaihime used every means possible. She knew her advantages: intelligence, beauty, and mastery of deception... all became bargaining chips for survival. Struggling in the underworld gave her sharp insight into human nature. By exploiting and manipulating desires, she established and controlled her own red-light district before adulthood.[/p][p]Fate shifted when a KGB agent appeared. intending to infiltrate the red-light district and society's gray areas, he encountered Akaihime and fell under her deception and charm, exposing his origins and identity. When he finally recalled his mission, shame and anger were mixed with admiration for her cunning and methods.[/p][p]One of the world's most powerful intelligence agencies extended an olive branch. Akaihime silently watched the man amid swaying music and dance. Facing the invitation, she knew two outcomes awaited: elimination or recruitment.
