As mentioned in the last Producer Q&A, we’ve been working on a web-based localization system, and now it’s finally here!

[h4]2. How to Participate in the Wild Assault Localization Project Using Weblate[/h4]

[h5]2.1 Localization Principles (Important)[/h5]

Keep the language concise and translate according to the original meaning to ensure the text fits within its designated space in the game. Keep the translated text as short as possible.
Use standard and widely accepted language; avoid using dialects or slang.
Follow the original format for punctuation, rich text, and letter casing.
If the original text seems problematic or unclear, choose "Skip" or leave a comment to request clarification.

Register an account on Weblate. Note: We will give you credit in Wild Assault based on your Weblate username.
Visit the Wild Assault Localization Project page and choose the language you would like to translate Wild Assault into:

You can view the number of strings, localization percentage, and total character count here. Click the "Translate" button to start.

CHECK SUGGESTIONS FIRST: Click on the Suggestions tab to view and vote on existing suggestions. This can help reduce duplicate translation submissions.
Suggest: If you would still like to propose an alternative, write your translation in the blue box and click Suggest.
"Needs editing": If you are unsure about the translation, check this box to alert other translators to review this string.

Localization Interface:
Yellow box: Original text
Blue box: Translated text
Red box: Proceed to the next string
Filters: Search for a specific string

Comment: For long comments, explanations, and discussions about a specific string, click the "Comment" tab to edit and view.

Always remember to save and submit before moving on to the next string.

We will ensure that all participating translators receive credit in Wild Assault. Please make sure to use your correct nickname when registering on Weblate. Thank you very much for your efforts! ❤️❤️🫡

In this episode of Wild Assault Weekly, we bring you a sneak peek of the upcoming weapon attachment system!

Our goal with the weapon attachment system in Wild Assault is to enhance your gunplay experience by offering various strategic options. By switching between different parts and attachments, we hope you can eventually find the perfect combination that suits you best.

As one of the most important features we’re implementing after the beta test, we hope this new weapon attachment system will offer you a realistic and immersive gameplay experience. Anthro parallel universe + realistic experience — how about that? To make it happen, we’ve worked hard to make the system as detailed as possible. We can’t wait for you to try it out in our next test event!
