Patch Notes for 1.0.0.3 and Earlier

- Hotfix for co-op keyboard issues. Currently co-op requires at least one gamepad, so k+m/gamepad and gamepad/gamepad are valid, but keyboard/keyboard is not. Apologies for the inconvenience!
