Tower Balance Changes

Hey generals, a new update is here with some tower tweaks to shake things up! Check out the changes and let us know what you think!

Elven Stargazer
Cost reduced to 120/180/240/310
Slightly increased damage per shot to 4-6 / 10-16 / 20-28 / 32-48
Rising Star: Increased time window for the "on death" effect to trigger
Event Horizon: Reduced CD to 22/20/18 (from 24/22/20)

Dune Sentinels
Very minor dmg buff per hit, slightly increased bounce range
Bounty Hunt: Increased damage to 56/118/184
Whirling Doom: Increased damage per hit and reduced 1 sec for all levels. It now deals 24-40/40-64/52/76 per second for 3/4/5 secs (from 16-24/24-44/36-56 for 4/5/6). It also applies a 25% slow (from 20%) and requires only 2 enemies to be triggered (from 3).

Twilight Longbows
Support Blades: increased HP to 60/90/120 and dodge chance to 40% (from 40/60/80 and 30%)

Battle Brewmasters
Elixir of Might: Increased Halfdan's HP to 100/140/180
Bad Batch: Decreased CD to 24 (from 30) and slightly increased explosion AoE
