In the last update, we added Circuits & Systems functions to some gauges that interfere with Tech builds. This fix removes those changes.

The following blocks have been reverted to remove the Cirtuis & Systems Functionality:
In the last update, we added Circuits & Systems functions to some gauges that interfere with Tech builds. This fix removes those changes.

The following blocks have been reverted to remove the Cirtuis & Systems Functionality:
- Altimeter block no longer outputs its height as a value (0-999)
- Speedometer block no longer outputs its speed as a value (0-999)
- Battery gauge block no longer outputs the charge percentage as a value (0-100)
- Fuel gauge block no longer outputs the fuel level percentage as a value (0-100)
