• [p]Any disputes must be reported immediately to the referee and organizer.[/p]

• [p]Taiwan-based participants may choose mail delivery or digital code.[/p]
• [p]Overseas VTubers may appoint a representative in Taiwan to receive the prize.[/p]
• [p]Participants under 18 years old must provide a parental consent form and have their guardian receive the prize.[/p]
• [p]If prizes are collected by proxy, a letter of authorization and copies of both parties’ IDs are required.[/p]
• [p]The organizer will handle all personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of Taiwan, used solely for administrative purposes.[/p]
