[Feedback] Two Weeks In: A Heartfelt Thank You

[p]It's hard to believe, but two weeks have already passed since we launched Azooma Escape. Looking back at this journey, we're genuinely proud of what we've accomplished as a team, and honestly, a bit amazed by how you've all embraced our little escape adventure.[/p][p]This feeling of accomplishment goes way beyond just numbers or reviews (though those have been incredibly wonderful). It's seeing our vision actually come to life and watching players discover the village, tackle the puzzles, and find their own paths to freedom. That's exactly what we dreamed of when we started this whole thing.[/p]
Building Something Better, Together
[p]Here's the thing though: we're nowhere near done. What we have now feels like a solid foundation, and your experiences are showing us exactly where we can improve something even better.[/p][p]We want to know what's actually broken:[/p]
 • [p]Any bugs that made you restart or lose progress?[/p]
 • [p]Moments where the game just felt clunky or frustrating?[/p]
 • [p]Controls or mechanics that killed the flow?[/p]
 • [p]Parts where you got stuck because something wasn't clear enough?[/p]
 • [p]Broken dialogues or Localization issues?[/p]
Your Voice Shapes Our Path Forward
[p]Those two patches we've pushed since launch? They weren't just random bug fixes. They came directly from your feedback. Each suggestion helps us understand what Azooma Escape can become, and every piece of input sharpens our vision for what's coming next.[/p]
Few Notables Feedbacks that helped the Patch(es):
[p]SimpleKas - Audio Issues, Graphics Issues, Localization Typos, Input and Accessibility, boss fight hitboxes.
BTheM - Input and Accessibility, Guard Vision Clarity, Localization Typos, boss fight hitboxes.
RedndBlack - Accessibility and Immersion, Localization Typos.

A Special Thank you for thoroughly going through the game to assist us with this feedback!
[/p][p]This is exactly how we want to keep working: Your experiences guide what we prioritize. Your insights help us decide what needs polish, what deserves expansion, and what new elements might make the game truly shine for us to carry it forward.[/p][p][/p][p]Ready to help shape what comes next?[/p][p]Steam Discussions: Share your detailed thoughts and experiences
Discord Community: Chat directly with our development team[/p][p]We launched Azooma Escape with a clear vision, and seeing that vision connect with players has been incredibly fulfilling. Now we're excited to discover where your feedback takes us.[/p][p]We're not just making a game here. We're building further on an experience that gets better with every single escape.[/p][p][/p]

🎉 Azooma Escape is NOW LIVE! 🎉
[p]Ever tried to sneak out of a family gathering where everyone insists you stay "just a little longer"? Welcome to your greatest challenge yet.[/p][p]The day has finally arrived! After months of hard work, late nights, countless laughs (and maybe a few tears), Azooma Escape is now officially out in the world. [/p][p]This project started as a dream,
One that grew into a journey filled with collaboration, creativity, and community.[/p][p]To finally share it with you all is both humbling and exhilarating.[/p]
[p]A Love Letter to Tradition[/p][p]Azooma Escape began as a love letter to the traditions we grew up with the grandeur of the Azooma, where family hospitality is both a blessing and a challenge.[/p][p]We poured our hearts into building this festival village, where every room brims with warmth, generosity, and just a touch of playful chaos. Here, stealth isn’t about lurking in shadows it’s about navigating the unstoppable tide of family affection and obligation.[/p][p]To see players weave through crowded halls, outwit well-meaning relatives, and attempt their daring escape is the dream realized. Today we celebrate not only a release, but the joy of turning cultural memory into shared adventure. May your steps be light, your excuses convincing, and your survival of hospitality truly legendary![/p][p]~Creative Lead, Yaser Alahmadi[/p]
The Heart of Azooma
[p]At its heart, Azooma Escape is about culture, chaos, and clever escapes but more than that, it's about inviting players into a world that feels alive, familiar, and a little mischievous.[/p][p]For those curious about why the word "Azooma" was chosen:[/p]
 • [p]Azūmah (عَزُومَة) | meaning a great feast, banquet, or gathering comes from Arabic.[/p]
 • [p]In English, "Azooma" carries the playful spirit of a big celebration, a mix of food, chaos, and community. Exactly the type of energy we've woven into the game.[/p]
[p]An Azūmah isn't just about food, it's a celebration of togetherness. Families, friends, and neighbors come together to share laughter, endless dishes, and unforgettable stories. It's the kind of event where tables overflow with food, everyone insists you eat "just one more plate," and the night stretches on with music, chatter, and playful chaos.[/p][p]That same spirit of warmth, festivity, and a little mischief inspired Azooma Escape. It's not only about the obstacles you'll face, but also about the larger-than-life energy of being caught in a gathering that refuses to be ignored.
[/p]
[p]A Defining Milestone[/p][p]Today marks a defining milestone for our studio. What began as an idea around the table has grown into a project that reflects not only our creativity, but also our resilience as a team. [/p][p]Azooma Escape is more than just a release, it represents years of growth, learning, and commitment to building something unique. [/p][p]For us, this launch is a statement: that our studio is ready to share its voice with the world. It's a moment of pride, but also of gratitude to the team who pushed boundaries, and to the players and supporters who believed in us every step of the way.[/p][p]~CEO, Anas Baksh[/p]
[p]We truly hope you’ll give the game a try, lose yourself in the festival, and share your experience with us. Every bit of feedback matters, your thoughts will help shape not only the journey of this game but also the road ahead for us as a studio.[/p]
