Beta update

As the title says this update changes the codebase to il2cpp, this should increase perfomance signifcantly. Let me know if that is the case ;)


also it fixes a bug where your naval command fleets would remain invisible.

Still more or less on my content break as I recharge to get back to work on the next big update, more on that soon.
