hotfixing

prevented the tutorial from getting stuck on the command tower
added the missing gun model to the hammerhead
reduced health on weaver, but added rocket volley to its arsenal, cuz it was a bit shit in air2 air
fixed some of the bannerless and command tower foundations/balconies to look better when used way up in the air (better undersides)
fixed little flags
fixed warbird imperial stabler flags
fixed the warbirds spawning at the same time (the 3 free ones)
