Upcoming Features on PC: A Look Ahead (Part 1)

[p]Friends![/p]
[p]We have shared early previews before, but this time, we are going even further. This article kicks off a new series of previews designed to give you more insight into what is coming and why.[/p]
[p]We hope you will find this format both informative and exciting. And if you enjoy it, or have ideas on how we can improve, don’t hesitate to share your thoughts on our social media. The future of this series depends on your feedback.[/p]
[p]So, what is in store this time? Improved matchmaking and a smarter scoring system in Ranked Matches, new features for social interaction, and a reworked "Trailer Park" map with a wild amusement park twist. Let’s dive in![/p]

Squad Groups and Updated Friend List
[p]The team has listened to your feedback and implemented the Squad system that makes social interaction in Warface: Clutch faster and more convenient, so you can focus on cooperative play with your friends and clan members.[/p]
[p]The updated Friend List brings major improvements to make managing your connections smoother and more intuitive.[/p]
Squad Groups: Key Features
• Simplified team organization: Easily gather friends and clanmates in the lobby, invite recent allies or opponents, and manage your team without distractions.
 • Stay connected across matches: Your squad remains active even after a battle, letting you jump into the next game without interruptions.
 • Better player status awareness: Know who is on- and offline, as well as their current mode with the improved interface.
 • Voice chat in the lobby: Plan strategies and coordinate actions before diving into the fight using the new pre-match voice communication system.
Updated Friend List: Key Features
• Effortless friend management: Quickly find online friends and clanmates using advanced filters and sorting options.
 • Improved request system: A redesigned interface for squad, clan, and friend invitations, with enhanced animations and prioritized display for incoming requests.
 • Customizable settings: Choose who can send you friend or squad requests and enjoy full control over your connections.
 • Detailed activity statuses: See what your friends are up to—whether they are in the main menu, playing PvE, PvP, or Special Operations. Plus, track when they were last online.
[p]Both features are planned for release in May.[/p]

Ranked Matches Enhancement
[p]A fresh round of RM improvements is on the way to Warface: Clutch! These changes will go live with the start of the summer season, building on the latest updates [1], [2] and based on player feedback and internal research.[/p]
Fairer Matchmaking
[p]Matchmaking is being adjusted to make matches more balanced. Previously, the system would match players across a wide skill range—up to four divisions apart. Now, it will start with a much smaller gap (about 2 divisions), helping you face opponents closer to your skill level while keeping queue time short.[/p]
New Point System for Big Wins
[p]To encourage players to fight until the last round, we will be adding bonus points based on how dominant the match is. If a match ends with a big gap in points, you will gain or lose a few extra points depending on the score difference.[/p]
[p]You will still earn points for personal performance, but their influence on your total score has been reduced. This change puts more emphasis on team victory. In the old system, players could lose a large number of points simply for finishing 2nd or lower on the losing team—this will no longer have such a heavy impact.[/p]

Trailer Park Map Redesign

Warland Park
[p]The first summer update will bring us a jolly atmosphere of the good old amusement parks. After all, who doesn’t enjoy breathtaking rides on a roller coaster or the thrill of a haunted tomb or house… And the revamped “Trailer Park” PvP map embodies all of it![/p]
[p]The enhanced “Trailer Park” map will be available in Ranked Matches during the summer season.[/p]
Take a closer look at the screenshots—do you notice anything familiar?
Map Rework
[p]The original version of “Trailer Park” did not play out as well as intended. Some areas—like the space behind the hangars—were barely used at all, while the high ground between the hangars became an imbalanced spot with too many sightlines and angles for easy picks.[/p]
[p]On top of that, flanking was a real hassle—it required a long detour and a boost, which made it hard to pull off during fast-paced matches.[/p]
[p]The revamped version fixes these issues, making the map more balanced, dynamic, and fun to play across all classes and tactics.[/p]
