Soon in game: April Fool’s Day Weapon

We are glad to present you our special development - a Toy Hammer. The best weapon designers from secret laboratories have been working on this deadly melee arm for a whole year running.

[h3]Toy Hammer[/h3]

The Toy Hammer is an experimental prototype specially manufactured for Blackwood. This weapon is recognized as the most lethal arm on the planet. When Lee Wharton faced fighters equipped with the hammer, he was very much impressed by its power. So the General decided to outfit his soldiers with the innovation as well. It turned out that the weapon has a huge destructive potential skillfully hidden with the help of an innocent toy-like design.

The request for a supply of this powerhouse weapon has already been issued. Now you only have to wait for the hammer to appear in the game. In terms of its specs, the model will be similar to the Gerber tomahawk and will be able to tarnish the enemy's reputation just like the well-known "Hype Zone" Spray.

Colourful achievements will mark proud owners of the novelty! By delivering killing blows with this arm, you can earn two memorable stripes.

Fresh Game Update - already live!

The new powerful shotgun Hunt Group MH12, a reworked PvE interface, multiple game improvements, as well as other changes and bug fixes are already live in the game. Hurry up to check out the changes!

New Content
Hunt Group MH12
The Hunt Group MH12 is a shotgun that fires two-round bursts with a minimal delay between shots. A single well-aimed shot of this powerful gun will easily deal with an enemy or even a pair of them. The new gun compares favourably to its competitors the DP-12 and the Tavor TS12 Custom thanks to its mind-blowing damage and greater firing range, as well as improved hip fire and aiming accuracy offset by a slightly reduced rate of fire and magazine capacity. The Hunt Group MH12 can be equipped with three unique attachments: two grips, and a quick-zoom 1.3x reflex sight.



By landing killing blows with the new weapon, you'll get memorable distinctions.

[h2]In-game improvements[/h2]

[h3]Reworked PvE interface[/h3]

We've completely revamped the interface of the PvE section. Now PvE missions, Special Operations and training will be combined into one section "PvE" in the main menu. See a detailed description of the changes below.

  1. The PvE and Special Operations sections in the player's lobby have been united into one category "PvE". After opening it, the player will be able to go to the following sections: "Special Operations", "PvE Missions" or "Training".
  2. Special Operations
    • Now the player has access to big images demonstrating a line-up of special operations. You can view the full list using the navigation keys ("carousel") on the screen or by rotating the mouse wheel.
    • In the menu of the section, the player will be able to select the special operation he or she feels like playing, choose a difficulty level and see the basic information on the mission (description, rewards and their progress).
  3. Section ''PvE-missions". Here you will find the current missions in the rotation, the status of their completion and information about the rewards.
  4. Section "Training". In this section, the player will be able to get acquainted with the main game mechanics by completing the Solo Mission. The namesake mission "Training", which existed alongside the Solo Mission, is now available in the "PvE missions" section.
  5. The interface now features new mission image formats. They are now available in high resolutions (1024x1024 and 512x512 - depending on their location in the interface).


We'd like to remind you that interface redesign is a large-scale and time-consuming process that has several stages. Previously, we changed the looks of the lobby and those of the main menu, and now we are making tweaks to the PvE-mode interface. We will continue to work in this direction and will deliver other tweaks in the future. Stay tuned.

[h3]Optimization of loading attachments in the game[/h3]

We have changed the approach to information processing and taught the game to remember which set of attachments was equipped the last time you played. Now, at the beginning of the match, if the settings have not been changed, they will be loaded instantly, since information about them is saved. If you change the kit, the game engines will update the data and remember the new set that will load just as quickly next time.

The change will solve the problem when, at the beginning of the match, you could observe that the attachments on the weapon did not get loaded immediately. This was due to the fact that every time the game algorithms used to re-process the information on the attachments you were playing with. It took time to get the data, so for a few seconds the player could see that the attachments were missing.

[h3]Solo Mission improvements[/h3]

We've simplified some mechanics in the Solo Mission:

  • now cyborgs cannot knock down a soldier;
    in "Chernobyl", bots have become simpler to deal with - they deal less damage and have less health.
  • These changes will help beginners quickly adapt to the game and provide more opportunities for learning game mechanics, as well as make the completion of the mission more comfortable.


[h3]Other[/h3]

  • Improved the quality of shadows cast by various light sources. This change will help to get rid of certain visual artifacts.
  • The game defense system has learned to deal with several unintended game advantages more.

Ranked Matches 2.0: Season 29

A new Ranked Matches Season has already kicked off. Take part in breathtaking combats and get plentiful rewards. Show what you are capable of - your effort will be generously rewarded with unique items, cards for crafting, and other cool articles. And remember: the key for memorable victories is experience, teamwork and skill. It's time to get ready for the upcoming confrontation! Join the fun - demonstrate your skill and get to the top.

Take part in Ranked Matches to prove your superiority in battle. We have evenly distributed in-game currencies and boxes with cards for crafting gained in Ranked Matches to make it more beneficial for all parties involved. It will be easier for beginners to earn better rewards by fighting in lower leagues while experienced players will receive more prizes as they can reach higher leagues.

[h3]Details[/h3]

The new Season will last till 08:30 UTC (09:30 CET) on the 24th of March. You will fight on the maps of "Plant the bomb" game mode and Blitz except for "Platform". SEDs are excluded from the Ranked.

[h3]Basic Rewards[/h3]

By taking part in Ranked Matches, you can earn heaps of amazing rewards including one-off achievements, cards for crafting cool weapons and Random Boxes with rare camos.

Please note: to obtain achievements and camos after the end of the season, you must log into the game during the next season. Otherwise, if you come back after several seasons of Ranked Matches, the reward will be lost.

[h3]Currencies[/h3]

Among progression rewards you will receive in-game currencies (Warface Dollars and Crowns). In total, you can get 5250 Crowns and 52,500 Warface Dollars - 250 Crowns and 2500 Warface Dollars for each league. Please note: the current season awards no boosters.

[h3]Cards for Crafting[/h3]

In total, you can get 21 boxes (one for each league) with cards for crafting the following weapons of the Cobalt Kinetics series: Cobalt Kinetics EDGE Rifle, Typhoon F12 Custom, Cobalt Kinetics Stealth Pistol and Cobalt Kinetics Twenty-Seven. From one box you can get 5, 10 or 1000 cards for any of the models listed above.

[h3]Achievements[/h3]

There are lots of cool achievements for the worthy! Demonstrate your skills every season, collect seasonal stripes and get the unique mark "Best of the best!". Top contenders that finish the season in the first league will be able to proudly fly their "A true King" stripe. Moreover, there are achievements for other successes such as the league achieved at the end of the season, the status of "the best player in the winning team", as well as participation in Ranked Matches. Now the "Warface Ranking Matches League" badge and "A true King" stripe will be given immedeately upon reaching the 21st and the 1st leagues respectively and not at the end of the season as it used to be.



[h3]Equipment[/h3]

The list of possible rewards includes the "Spectre" gear ("Beta" and "Sigma") for each class. The reward will be available for all RM participants who have reached the 14th - 11th leagues. In total, you can get four boxes. The contents of the box are randomly selected. There is a certain possibility of getting permanent items.



[h3]Camos[/h3]

Rewards for reaching certain leagues are special season-related camos. Those players who reach the 3rd, the 2nd or the 1st leagues will get a random camo box containing the Emerald, or the Clubs camos.
