[p][/p][p][/p][p]Dear Survivors and Warriors,[/p][p]The time has come! Royal Revolt Survivors Update v1.0 is live! That means that our beloved game completed its final milestone on our roadmap and left its Early Access. [/p][p]So we want to appreciate this moment to say: THANK YOU EVERYONE! ❤️ Thank you for joining our community and supporting us on our journey through Early Access. [/p][p]It was a huge adventure for us, and we are grateful for all the input and feedback you gave us. We hope that you enjoyed the past months on this journey along the roadmap as well. Together with you, we visited new places around the Kingdom, expanded our arsenal of powerful Weapons and Trinkets, and discovered new forms of our beloved team of Warriors.[/p][p]And with Update v1.0, we want to invite you on a journey to another mysterious place within the southeast of the Kingdom: The Enchanted Woods![/p][p]To make sure that you are well prepared for a dive into this new Exploration Map, we got a package of new Warrior Variants, Items, and more.   • [p]Expedition: Enchanted Woods[/p]
    • [p]This new Expedition Map is placed in a new biome, with new enemies, mini bosses, and bosses.[/p]

    • [p]Starting Weapon: Boomerang[/p]
    • [p]Ability: Hailstorm[/p]
  • [p]Frost Shaman (Waldemar)[/p]

    • [p]Ability: Essence Burst[/p]
  • [p]Sun-Satyr (Sam)[/p]

  • [p]Spiked Balls[/p]
    • [p]Projectiles that trigger when taking damage.[/p]
    • [p]New starting weapon for Warrior Variant Vanguard (Christa).[/p]

    • [p]Calls down two moving sun rays.[/p]
  • [p]Ice Elemental[/p]
    • [p]A floating crystal that releases ice novas.[/p]
[p][/p][h3]New Enchantments[/h3]
  • [p]Destruction Orbs[/p]
    • [p]Powerful, bouncing Spiked Balls. Piercing increases the amount of bounces.[/p]
  • [p]Sun-blessed Vines[/p]
    • [p]Calls down three gigantic sun rays . Deals fire damage.[/p]
  • [p]Primal Ice[/p]
    • [p]A floating crystal with a permanent ice aura.[/p]
  • [p]Gobbo-Tek MK II[/p]
    • [p]A single, large homing mine that freezes enemies. Deals ice damage.[/p]
  • [p]Icy Orb[/p]
    • [p]A slow-moving orb of ice that fires projectiles as it travels.[/p]
  • [p]Infernal Skull[/p]
    • [p]Leaves behind pillars of magical fire.[/p]
[p][/p][h3]New Trinket[/h3]
  • [p]Horn of Plenty[/p]
    • [p]Grants a random power-up every X seconds.[/p]
[p][/p][h3]Quest & Progression Changes[/h3]
  • [p]Added 20+ new quests to unlock the newly added content.[/p]
  • [p]The Umberto: Fanged Shadow unlock quest can now be fulfilled by defeating 2,500 Ice Goblins, Ice Orcs, and Ice Trolls with Umberto, regardless of map & location within the Glacial Northland region.[/p]
  • [p]The Christa: Vanguard unlock quest can now be completed on any map that has undead enemies.[/p]
  • [p]The Toxitreant Pet Weapon can now be unlocked earlier by defeating the Enchanted Woods Boss at least once.[/p]
  • [p]The Ice Claws Weapon unlock now requires 3 Boss Portal activations on Exploration Maps with Umberto: Fanged Shadow, instead of 6.[/p]
  • [p]The Stone Rune now unlocks by surviving 30 mins in Enchanted Woods with King: First Paladin, instead of by beating the map Royal Forest (Hard) with him.[/p]
  • [p]The quests for the Projectiles II and Melee Attacks II upgrades can now be unlocked on any Expedition map.[/p]
[p][/p][h3]Balance Changes[/h3]
  • [p]All Enchantment costs have been reduced from 3 Tomes + Trinket down to 2 Tomes + Trinket.[/p]
  • [p]All active Warrior Abilities have 2 levels now. As a result, several Level 1 Abilities have been rebalanced.[/p]
  • [p]Added 2 new levels to the Rerolls I, Rerolls II, and Banishes I upgrades.[/p]
  • [p]Removed the  passive Walk Speed penalty for Moe and all of his Warrior Variations.[/p]
  • [p]Adissa: Necromancer: Volatility Level 1 Ability: duration 4s > 6s[/p]
  • [p]Royal Forest (Hard): This map has been made harder since it is now the last map in the overall game progression. Enemies received more knockback resistance, HP, and movement speed. Minibosses can drop Rerolls now. These changes mostly affect the normal part of the map, rather than the Nightmare part.[/p]
  • [p]Royal Forest (Hard) Nightmare Mode: reduced the red shader’s impact a little more.[/p]
  • [p]Red Canyon & Red Canyon (Hard): These maps now take 15 minutes to complete instead of 20 minutes. As a result, the wave composition and enemy HP for both maps have been changed.[/p]
  • [p]Open Desert (Hard): Reduced enemy movement speed and slightly reduced their HP.[/p]
  • [p]The Slow effect of Ice damage has been capped at 50% of enemy movement speed. As a result, all Slow values have been increased. This makes the Slow effect more reliable but less extreme.[/p]
  • [p]Slightly reduced Gold drops for many later-game enemies.[/p]
  • [p]Cursed Idol: Reduced spawn rate. This will make the item a bit more rare for level ups.[/p]
  • [p]Improved visibility of enemy spawn VFX, particularly in Nightmare Mode.[/p]
[p][/p][h3]Bugfixes[/h3]
  • [p]Black Magic and Dormant Amulet need to be unlocked now. They were erroneously available right from the start in the previous version.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a bug that resetting progress could lock warriors in the selection.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed several Minibosses not counting towards the objective for the Whetstone unlock quest.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a bug that made the "Warp Kunai" quest show up for characters other than Umberto: Mirror Mask.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a bug that prevented Minibosses from spawning from Boss Portals in Expedition Maps.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a bug that prevented the Golden Goblin from spawning in Expedition Maps.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a UI bug where the timer and loop number were overlapping in Expedition Maps.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a collision issue with two crystals on the Viking Village Expedition Map.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a bug that the Expedition best time was wrong in the map selection.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a bug with the Blood Scythe's VFX.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a text issue with the Arcane Dash ability in Portuguese and Russian.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a bug that made Hawktus Tornados invisible on lower frame rates.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed minor inconsistencies when navigating on the world map.[/p]
