We are pleased to announce that starting today, additional downloadable content (DLC) adding new characters and interactions for the action RPG "FAIRY TAIL 2" are available!

[h3]New Party Members: Mavis and Zeref[/h3]

The new party members, "Mavis" and "Zeref" are now available to download*. Mavis, the first master of the "Fairy Tail" guild, also known as the "Fairy Tactician", and the Black Wizard Zeref have been added as playable team members! Outside of battle and exploration, you can enjoy new character stories unlocked through “Magic Origin Growth” along with special outfits “Luxury Restaurant,” “Happy Wedding,” and “Fairy School.”

*Note: These characters are already included in the Season Pass. Please avoid making redundant purchases.



[h3]Various updates also live![/h3]
In the paid DLC feature "Arena" you can challenge team battles like the "The Dragon King Festival," where you face all members of the "Spriggan 12," as well as Zeref and Acnologia. Additionally, in the free update, new Exchange Quests have been added featuring characters like "Sting", "Rogue", "Ichiya", and "Sherria". Enjoy game-original scenarios and events, such as visiting a haunted house with Frosch and Rogue, or assisting in Sherria's "Magic Class to Learn the Truth of 'Love'."


Furthermore, as part of the free update, a fourth Origin Core and Tree have been added to the Magic Origins. Once you fully develop all three Origins, you can further enhance your characters' strength. Additionally, the highest difficulty level "FIRED UP!" surpassing "RAGNAROK" has been added, so be sure to "fire up" your passion and take on the challenge!

A new party member,"Jellal" is now available to download*. Jellal, a user of Heavenly Body Magic, has been added as a team member and playable character in "FAIRY TAIL 2".

Outside of battle and exploration, you can enjoy new character stories unlocked through “Magic Origin Growth” along with special outfits “Luxury Restaurant,” “Happy Wedding,” and “Fairy School.”

[h3]An additional update also live![/h3]

Furthermore, the “Bonus Feature: Arena” and “Bonus Quest: Encounter Quests” have been given an additional update. In the arena’s “Trial Mode”, there are new enemy teams such as the two dragons “Irene” and “Acnologia” appearing at the same time, allowing you to take on more challenging battles.



In “Encounter Quests,” new quests for the four characters “Lisanna,” “Elfman,” “Cana,” and “Levy” have been added. Go on a picnic with Lisanna, or engage in a comical story about Cana and her fortune telling, along with other original events.

[h3]Bonus Feature: “Arena”[/h3]

In the bonus feature: “Arena”, also included in the season pass, you can take on the strongest enemies from the game once again in “Rematch Mode”. The “Arena” DLC also introduces “Trial Mode”, enabling you to battle against team combinations fans of the anime always dreamed of, which can only be challenged in this game. For example, the combination known as “Calamity and Despair” , is made up of the most powerful wizard king “August” and the Scarlet Despair “Irene” from the Spriggan 12.



Victory in the “Arena” rewards players with event scenes of the participating characters celebrating while also adding the ability to repeatedly challenge the new modes to improve clear times!



[h3]Bonus Quest: “Encounter Quests”[/h3]

A free update has also been added giving four characters -- “Jellal”, “Lyon”, “Kagura”, and “Makarov” -- additional “Encounter Quests”.

Enjoy fighting dark guilds alongside Jellal or visit places important to Zeref and Mavis in original events only viewable in “Fairy Tail 2”!



Future updates for the bonus feature, “Arena”, and the bonus “Encounter Quests” are also planned for later this year, so please stay tuned for additional details.
