19 September Hotfix

Hey you, thanks for getting in on the ground floor of an Early Access game! New content will happen before long, but right now I'm fixing bugs and working on save/load. Today's fixes/updates:

  • Battle Alloy cubes can no longer be placed in the Sub Weapon slot.
  • Certain blown up walls shouldn't shrink any more when you enter their space.
  • Added an additional Duct Tape to the level 5 shop.
  • Weapon Attachments max out at 5, even Duct Tape has limits.
  • Fixed steamdeck and gamepad input for a particular late game UI.
  • Fixed out of place text for final Area Clear screen. For all of you who've seen that screen.
  • Conveyor belt control console should be a little more obvious.

Early Access is Live

1.0 Early Access is live now! Changes in this build from the previous, for the handful of you with pre-release copies:

  • Added new wall tile variants to level 2.
  • New truck art, and trucks have a little more health.
  • SFX playing in the options menu
  • Show Tutorials changed to Show New Player Hints.
  • Enemies knocked into lava act like it.
  • Hammer guys don't target through walls and doors any longer.
  • Night skies for levels 2 and 3.
  • Generic Pickup sound.

Also some accessibility options exist to help with motion sickness.
  • New option for fading the commando when moused over, or just showing the outline.
  • New option for snap turning -- game still delays for the turn duration, but the visuals are instant.
  • Option to reduce the FOV for a close up camera view.
