Hotfix #5: Temporary Disabling of Daily Reroll & QOL
The “final” update of 2025.
Hello Rampagers!
We have been noticing that players have gotten an absurd amount of legendary keys, some having over 100 keys. This is due to the daily bonus re-roll.
When designing the new economy we have, we saw the daily gems as a way for people to get unstuck in case they spend all their gems on skins/cosmetics instead of character progression and at the same time allow hardcore fans to get rewards with the overflow of the gems they have by re-rolling the rewards.
As a “feel good” moment, we decided that it would be really cool if people could login daily and very rarely see a legendary key. Unfortunately there was a system we didn’t account for. On the daily login, if you have 99 of an item (stack limit), it refunds your gems. Some people exploited this by getting 99 of everything, and then rerolling hundreds of times to always get a legendary key.
This isn’t fun because it defeats the purpose of playing the game with players hoarding items instead of using them. And at the same time our poor backend services have to handle hundreds of backend requests for each key someone tries to get.
For now, we have decided to temporarily remove the ability to re-roll daily login to quickly fix this. And we want to ask you if you have any cool ideas for how we can revamp and fix this! We already have a few in mind, but we would love to hear what the community thinks of this.

We have added a new experimental QoL feature.

You can now see the numbers without hovering!
Note, this feature is by no means complete, and may never see the light of day. There are some problems with it with text overflow and some colliding text.
However, if you want to use this (and understand that it’s not polished). You can do so by adding a launch options of:
[c]--want-numbered-hud[/c]

However, the team has to take a break and thus we will be celebrating the revival of Dungeon Rampage during our small holiday break.
Next year, we will bring more rampaging, with Ultimate Rampage returning from the grave as our first major update including some minor balance changes!
