Patch 1.0.8, Quest progress and more

[p]The latest patch covers:[/p]

[p]Progress tracking on completed quests (for the Princess Errant achievement) should now display correctly on Steam. Quests you completed before the change may not show up in the display but you should still unlock the achievement when you have them all, this is just affecting the X/23 numbers.[/p]
[p]If an advisor quits right before the election, the text should now pull the correct pronouns for that Elector.[/p]
[p]Small text change/addition if you lose the election with zero votes.[/p]
[p]Fix to epilogues if you KNOW ABOUT the crystal but never actually SAW it - the correct outcomes for giving/keeping it should now happen.[/p]
[p]If you successfully blackmail Eve after she tries to set you up with her son but before he actually calls you, the call no longer happens.[/p]
