This effect expires 8 seconds after combat starts. For each linked \[Blood] item, the expiration is delayed by 2 seconds.[/p][p]* **Elite Knight Helm**[/p][p] * Effect (Links to Armor only): Increases your Max HP by 60 and Max Toughness by 60.
