Hotfix Mimic Chest & Others

This is just a small patch for:

1. Mimic chest resource cap was misbehaving, so it should be fixed now.
   
2. Increased the damage and effectiveness for Fatigue in battles lasting over 500 actions
   
3. The Innkeeper would sometimes show the incorrect shard price and buying from it could result in negative gold. This should now be fixed!
