We are continuously working on performance optimization and appreciate your understanding and support.[/p]

Technical Support & Performance FAQ
[p]Q1: What should I do if my game is crashing or gives an "Out of Video Memory" error? (For Intel 13th/14th Gen CPU users)[/p][p]A: This is a known issue affecting some games for users with unlocked Intel 13th/14th Gen CPUs (e.g., i9-13900K, i7-14700K). As a first step, please try restarting the game. If the issue persists, please join our official Discord for further assistance from our support team.[/p][p]Q2: How can I fix stuttering issues when using an Intel Arc A580 GPU?[/p][p]A: This may be caused by your virtual memory being configured on a Hard Disk Drive (HDD). We recommend configuring your virtual memory on a Solid-State Drive (SSD) to resolve this.[/p][p]Q3: How can I improve my in-game performance?[/p][p]A: For the best experience, please consider the following:[/p]
• [p]Storage: We strongly recommend installing Fate Trigger on an SSD. If you are using an HDD, please set Textures to "Low" for a smoother experience.[/p]
• [p]Frame Rate: The game defaults to a 60 FPS limit. You can increase this in Settings > Graphics > Display > FPS Limit.[/p]
• [p]Quality vs. Performance: In Settings > Graphics > Quality > Graphics Quality, select "Low" for higher frame rates or "Ultra" for the best visual fidelity.[/p]
[p]Q4: Distant enemies look blurry or pixelated. How can I fix this?[/p][p]A: This is often related to super-resolution settings. You can try the following:[/p]
• [p]NVIDIA GPU: Go to Settings > Graphics > Quality > DLSS Quality and select "Quality".[/p]
• [p]AMD GPU: Go to Settings > Graphics > Quality > FSR Quality and select "Quality".[/p]
• [p]Alternatively: Go to Settings > Graphics > Anti-Aliasing and Super Resolution Method and try turning this option off. This will improve sharpness but may reduce performance.[/p]
[p]Q5: What should I do if the game crashes with a GPU-related error like "GPU crashed or D3D device removed"?[/p][p]A: This can often be resolved with one of two methods:[/p]
• [p]Ensure your graphics drivers are updated to the latest version. Please avoid NVIDIA Driver Version 576.52, as it has a high probability of causing crashes.[/p]
• [p]Avoid using third-party overlay software such as MSI Afterburner, Game++, or FPS Monitor, as these can sometimes conflict with the game's GPU usage.[/p]
[p]Q6: What if I get a "Please upgrade your DirectX 12 and Graphics driver" error on launch?[/p][p]A: Please try the following steps:[/p]
• [p]Ensure your system's DirectX is updated to DirectX 12.[/p]
• [p]Visit the official NVIDIA or AMD website to download and install the latest graphics drivers.[/p]
• [p]Make sure your Windows version is updated to Windows 10 (version 19045) or higher.[/p]
[p]Q7: What if my game won't run even if I meet the minimum requirements?[/p][p]A: As this is a beta playtest, optimization for all hardware configurations is not yet complete. A small number of PCs that meet the minimum requirements may still have trouble launching the game. If you experience this, join our official Discord server and submit a detailed bug report. We will investigate promptly. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.[/p][p][/p][previewyoutube][/previewyoutube]

[p]We look forward to seeing you in the game!
