Upcoming Update and Transplantaversary Sale!
[p]I wanted to take this time to give more information on the upcoming update and to announce that during the Steam Winter Sale Bigfoot Life will be having a really big sale to celebrate my Transplantaversary (my re-birthday or one year anniversary of my bone marrow transplant.)

Unless you just can't wait or you don't mind paying full price for the game I suggest waiting for the sale on December 18th. It will be a really big discount. I wanted to make sure i let everyone know as soon as possible about the sale so you would have a chance to hold off on buying it and getting it at a much cheaper price if you wanted.[/p][p][/p]
This will allow you to use your Bigfoot Points for things. You will also have the chance to visit the Land of Mystery where you just might meet a few fellow Cryptids.[/p][p][/p][h3]First Person Camera Mode[/h3][p][/p][p]You will now be able to choose a First Person Camera Mode. It will be the same as Bigfoot Vision but without all of the Bigfoot Vision Stuff.[/p][p][/p][h3]New Hair Card Fur Option[/h3][p]I have not figured out the cause yet but for some reason some PCs or GPUs are having issues with the Groom Fur that is being used for the fur on Bigfoot. Some pretty low end computers are able to play just fine with good performance. I've even heard the game runs well on the Steam Deck. Looking at some of the reviews however, it appears some pretty high end machines are sometimes having issues with performance because of the Groom Fur. I am trying to figure out why this is happening to some players. So far it seems completely random.[/p][p][/p][p]The "Low" Fur Setting will now use cards for the fur instead of Groom. This will obviously not look nearly as good as the higher quality Groom fur but performance should be much better.[/p][p][/p][p]There will be some other smaller updates as well.[/p][p][/p][p]Thank you so much for all of the support. [p] For anyone that followed the development of the game you are already aware that I had a bone marrow transplant that saved my life. I can't think of a better way to celebrate this than to give a huge discount on the game. Working on Bigfoot Life got me through some really tough times the last couple of years. A lot of the development was actually done on my hospital bed. [/p][p]I wanted to take this time to personally thank my donor who has given me a second chance at life and helped the game become a reality. Also, thank you so much to anyone who is or has been a donor of any kind for anyone.
