Reach New Limits with our Terraforming Update 🏔️

[h3]We are thrilled to announce that our Terraforming Update is now LIVE! ⛰️[/h3]



The team have been working incredibly hard on this update, and truly wanted to incorporate as many suggestions as they could! In October we asked the community what they wanted most. These were the top 4 Community Requests, which were all incorporated into this major update:



We have loved hearing your feedback over the early access period, and have listened to what you would like to see included in Town to City! So without further ado, here is what you can see in our newest update:

Added New Map to Sandbox Mode: Lissay

Added Terraforming (found in Belvau research menu)

Quality of Life Improvements:
  • Added redo/undo for all brushing
  • Added new decoration filter menu
  • Added ability to visually change the station to a previously unlocked version
  • Added ability to swap house colors after having placed the house
  • Added continuous demolish feature
  • Added disable collision options for building placement
  • Added demolish blocking decorations option for building placement
  • Added ignore placement restrictions option for building placement
  • Added a transformation gizmo to the game for tweaking decorations
  • Added a hotkey for increasing and decreasing brush size
  • Added the ability to adjust the lighting in photo mode
  • Added the ability to adjust the lighting during gameplay
  • Added that fish can now jump from all water sources
  • Added warning in the upgrade class of house tooltip stating that all decorations will be removed
  • Updated the camera system to work better with height differences
  • Renamed some decorations for better consistency in relation to the search menu
  • Updated the inhabitant pop-up for better readability
  • Raised the spawn rate of geese in the animal shelter
  • Raised the spawn rate of the allergic to camels trait
Accessibility
  • Added a tooltip to the variation buttons of color based variations in the build menu
  • Added a high contrast roads setting which increases the contrast for better readability
  • Added a replace color gradients with icons setting which does away with the red/green gradients in the happiness breakdown and replaces it with icons
  • Updated settings menu section selection buttons for better readability
Bug Fixes:
  • Fixed that unlocking geese in the research menu would increase warehouse production per worker
  • Fixed you could sometimes still brush crops after closing the farm tab
  • Fixed incorrect text for "Grape" in the "Edit Farm" menu
  • Fixed that inhabitants would sometimes get stuck at their doors
  • Fixed that the Encyclopedia menu wouldn't always respond to a single click
  • Fixed that upgrading a house in class with the upgrade class tool did not bulldoze all decorations.
  • Fixed that animal bushes did not count as bushes placed in some requests
  • Removed the mention of the big bell in the metal decorations pack, as it doesn't exist in-game
