If you encounter a game crash during gameplay, in order to help us pinpoint the root cause and fix it more accurately, please preserve the state immediately and provide us with the following key information:
· Package and send us your save file and log files. The save file path is: %appdata%\..\locallow\teamsoda\duckov (Please avoid including screenshot files to prevent the package from becoming too large)
· Provide your device information, including: CPU model, GPU model, Memory (RAM) specification and size, Type of storage drive (SSD or HDD) where the Duckov game files are stored.
