Haunted Domain Expansion

We hope you all are enjoying Deck of Haunts and finding your inner terror!

Deck of Haunts has hit its full release and we don't plan on letting everyone's essence go without terrifying additions!

We are reading reviews (thanks for that!) and posts on the discussions hub all the time and we hear you!
Based on all your feedback we've drafted up a priority next steps plan that we are now carrying out:
 • Debuff the Pathfinders to skip a turn on spawning, and also not spawning into a room right next to the Heart.
 • Add in more UI elements to bring the meta progression a bit more to the forefront.
 • Rework the saving system to be more robust.
 • Smoothing out balance: Focusing on drain cards and tension to be more on par with damage strategies
 • Smoothing out balance: Rebalance of the bosswaves.
 • Make card rerolls cheaper.
 • Introduce more card tuning special nights
 • Remove the intro cards at the start after the first play.
 • And of course, fix as many of the bugs and crashes we can that you've been throwing our way!

Aside from all that, we also have a plan on the long term, which you can see in the image below.
Mind you, this can change still as we are constantly engaging with everyone's feedback.
About Deck of Haunts
"Terror has a new address. Your deck is your weapon. Your house, the trap. Deck of Haunts lets you build the nightmare, one room at a time."

In Deck of Haunts, you are the haunted house.

By day, meticulously construct your mansion room by room, placing traps, spirits, and eerie anomalies to build a twisting, cursed domain. As night falls, lure humans into your lair and let the haunting begin. With a deck of fear-inducing cards at your disposal, you'll bend reality, shift hallways, summon specters, and drive intruders to the brink of madness. Once their sanity shatters, you’ll extract their essence to fuel your growing power and expand your mansion.

But your rise in infamy won’t go unchallenged. The more essence you claim, the stronger your enemies become, from skeptical police to holy exorcists and the ominous Stone Masons who seek to end your reign of terror.

Critics are already singing the game’s twisted praises:
