V1.26b: Workshop fixes and more.

[p]We've noticed and played some nice scenario's made by you already, keep them coming![/p][p]The most important fix is for a crash that was happening when selecting a custom thumbnail in the scenario builder.[/p][p]Changes[/p]

• [p]Fixed missing translations for the main Scenario editing screen title.[/p]
• [p]Fixed custom scenario boss unit update not reflected in the newspaper.[/p]
• [p]Fixed Krampus damage not doubling from Echo of Command.[/p]
