Update 4 hotfix 1

- Fixed a wrong collision that sometimes the reward chests had
- Fixed wrong health scaling with difficulty for certain bosses and maps
- New achievement for the Bulwark vehicle now can be activated correctly
- Warball damage fixes (sometimes would not damage before the fix)
