1.Fixed various tooltip issues (e.g. flickering, incorrect position).
2.Fixed leftover icons appearing after switching saves or starting a new game in the same session.
3.Fixed a bug where both + and – signs could appear together in number animations.
4.Made the menu icon next to the city name more noticeable.
5.Press M while viewing a land plot to quickly enter relocation mode — useful for fine adjustments. For bulk moves, use the Batch Relocation tool (bottom-right button).
6.Fixed abnormal pollution range behavior in industrial zones.
7.Fixed an issue where public facilities could still have effects when turned off.
8.Added missing English translations for some UI elements.

1. Optimized the sensitivity of mouse clicks.
2. Added the adjustment of mouse click sensitivity in the settings. If you are not satisfied with the optimized sensitivity, you can adjust it according to your needs.
